2. WE EQUIP you to "think outside the sheep pen" so you can develop "critical thinking skills" not just for your spiritual life but for your whole life.
3. WE EMPOWER you as a Serious Bible Student to better understand the Bible's EXclusive Story to extract ARCHETYPES as the basis for better understanding an INclusive God.
4. WE EXPAND into the Ancient Near East Foundation of the Bible to get as close to the Original Message via Audience Relevance, Cultural Relevance, Language Relevance & Historical Relevance.
Indoctrination vs Investigation
We have all undergone a shearing off the old forms of Fear-Based theology in order to clothe ourselves with a Reality-Based theology of union not separation from God.
Jesus was a Human ARCHETYPE for mankind today. Because Jesus as a man knew God, he revealed Him at the appointed time, 2000 years ago through his culture. (This never needs to get repeated again.)
Jesus showed us & revealed the Father to his people so that we today could see an example of who God always will be as He was and is today.
We recognize that we don't need blood sacrifice, temple worship or priesthood authority to come to God. Father lives here & now within and among us. We can directly go to the Father just like Jesus did.

MERCi SCHRECK is an Ordained Minister & Bible Teacher who founded 153NET in 2017. Her BIG PICTURE method of inductive & deductive teaching, sharp insights, and discerning connections will bring real clarity and soundness in your understanding of the ANE Bible.
She has been walking with the Lord since she was 6 years old. She grew up as a Pastor's Kid & Missionary Kid that loved God and served in ministry for over 35 years.
Her training in culture, history, and linguistics from a solid Biblical foundation came from her BA at Southeastern University & MA at Biola University in Biblical & Intercultural Studies.
You will appreciate her scholarly approach and cultural understanding of the Scriptures, yet feel comfortable with her open and inviting style.
